The Oval
The Kia Oval (named as such because of a commercial sponsorship deal) is an international cricket ground located in Kennington, London. It has been the home of Surrey County Cricket Club since it was built in 1845. It was the first ground in England to host international Test cricket, in September 1880. The final Test match of the English season is traditionally played here.
How to get to The Oval by train
Take the Northern Line on the London Underground network to the Oval station. The entrance to the cricket ground is 100 yards from the station.
