Liverpool FC

Liverpool Football Club was founded in 1892 and joined the football league the following year. The club is one of the most successful clubs in England with 18 League titles, seven FA Cups and eight League Cups. The club has also won more European trophies than any other English team with five European Cups, three UEFA Cups and three UEFA Super Cups. They play their home matches at the famous Anfield Stadium which has a capacity of 45,522.
