Heathrow Airport Terminal 5

Heathrow Terminal 5 lies between the northern and southern runways and is Heathrow's newest terminal building. It was opened in 2008 and was initially designed to be used exclusively by British Airways as its global hub. However, following the merger with Iberia, forming the International Airlines Group, Iberia's operations have also been moved to Terminal 5.

Heathrow Airport terminal 5 is served by the Heathrow Connect and Heathrow Express trains. The non-stop Heathrow Express service runs to/from London Paddington station and takes around 21 minutes. When you board the London Heathrow train at Paddington, stay on board at Heathrow Central and continue to Terminal 5.The Heathrow Connect stopping service terminates at Heathrow Central (for terminals 1 -3) and so passengers travelling to Terminal 5 should change on to the Heathrow Express service at Heathrow Central – travel between terminals is free.Heathrow Terminal 5 station is directly underneath the terminal building and is only a short walk to check-in.
