Heathrow Airport Terminal 2

Heathrow Terminal 2 is currently under construction following the closure of the old Terminal 2 in 2010. The Terminal, when opened for use in 2014, will be used by 23 Star Alliance members, Aer Lingus, Little Red and Germanwings. Passengers at the new terminal will have 52 shops and 17 bars and restaurants to choose from.

Heathrow Airport terminal 2 is served by Heathrow Express and Heathrow Connect. The non-stop Heathrow Express service offers the fastest journey to and from central London with journey times between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport terminal 2 of around 15 minutes.The Heathrow connect train is the stopping service linking the terminal with local stations in West London and takes around 25 minutes to terminal 2 from London Paddington station.
