Charlton Athletic

Charlton Athletic Football Club were founded in 1905 and are based in Charlton in south east London. The currently (2013-14 season) compete in the Football League Championship, the second tier of `English football. The club have played at The Valley, their home ground, since 1919 which has a capacity of 27,111. The club's nickname is The Addicks.

The Valley, home of Charlton Athletic, is a short walk from Charlton railway station.
