The station is also located on a number of other lines including the line to Cardiff, the line from Leicester to Lincoln and the Robin Hood Line from Nottingham to Worksop. The station has a staffed ticket office although passengers should note that it is not open in the late evening. Passengers are able to collect tickets purchased in advance (for example, on the internet) from one of the automatic ticket machines located in the station. Facilities at the station include ATM's, First Class Lounge, pay phones, cafes, shops and toilets. Passenger should note that baby changing facilities are not available at the station.Passenger services calling at the station are operated by East Midlands Trains, CrossCountry and Northern Rail.
