Motherwell railway station, operated by First ScotRail, serves the Scottish town of Motherwell in North Lanarkshire. The station is located on the West Coast Main Line and the Argyle Line. The West Coast Main Line connects London to the West Midlands, the North West, North Wales and the Central Belt of Scotland. The Argyle Line connects the Lanarkshire towns of Lanark, Larkhall and Motherwell to West Dunbartonshire via central Glasgow. The station has a staffed ticket office and passengers are also able to collect tickets purchased in advance (for example, on the internet) from one of the automatic ticket machines located in the station.

Facilities at the station include pay phones, a cafe, shops, toilets and baby changing facilities. Passengers should note that baby changing facilities are not available at the station. The station is located next to the town's main shopping arcade, Motherwell Shopping Centre.

Passenger services calling at the station are operated by CrossCountry, Virgin Trains, First ScotRail, East Coast and First TransPennine Express. Between them they offer passengers a range of destinations including Edinburgh Waverley, Glasgow Central, Newcastle Central, Leeds, Derby, Birmingham New Street, Bristol Temple Meads, Plymouth, London Euston and London King's Cross.

Located in central London, London Euston railway station offers passengers services to destinations including Glasgow Central, Edinburgh Waverley, Birmingham New Street, Preston, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Manchester Piccadilly, Stockport, Liverpool Lime Street, Chester, Tring, Milton Keynes Central, Northampton and Watford Junction. London Euston railway station is operated by Network Rail and is the southern terminus of the West Coast Main Line which connects London to the West Midlands, the North West, North Wales and the Central Belt of Scotland. The station is also the London terminus for London Midland services and for services on the Watford DC Line. Passenger services calling at the station are operated by First ScotRail, London Midland and Virgin Trains.

Facilities at the station include ATM's, bureau de change, First Class Lounge, pay phones, public wifi, cafes, shops, toilets, baby changing facilities and tourist information office. Parking is available at the station for 217 vehicles and is open 24 hours a day.

The station is connected to Euston tube station and is also near Euston Square tube station on the London Underground. It is a short walk from London King's Cross Station, the southern terminus of the East Coast Main Line, and St Pancras International Station for the Midland Main Line and Eurostar to France and Belgium. All of these stations are in Travelcard Zone 1.
