London Marylebone Train Station

London Marylebone railway station, operated by Chiltern Railways, is a central London railway station which is located just off the Marylebone Road, midway between the main line stations of London Euston and London Paddington. The station is the southern terminus of the Chiltern Main Line route to Birmingham, and the London to Aylesbury Line. The station is close to Regents Park, Lord's Cricket Ground, Baker Street and Madame Tussauds. The station has a staffed ticket office and passengers are also able to collect tickets purchased in advance (for example, on the internet) from one of the automatic ticket machines located in the station. The station is also a stop on the Bakerloo Line if the London Underground network.

The station has six platforms; two originally built in 1899, two inserted into the former carriage road, and two built in September 2006. It is the only non-electrified terminal in London.

Facilities at the station include ATM's, pay phones, public wifi, cafes and shops, toilets and baby changing facilities.

Passenger services calling at the station are operated by Chiltern Railways and offer destinations including Birmingham New Street, Bicester North, High Wycombe, Banbury, Princes Risborough, Gerrards Cross and Aylesbury.

There are no car parking facilities at the station.

Birmingham Moor Street Train Station

Located in Birmingham city centre, Birmingham Moor Street railway station offers passengers services that depart towards London Marylebone via Leamington Spa, Banbury and High Wycombe, Solihull, Dorridge, Stratford-upon-Avon, Whitlocks End, Kidderminster and Stourbridge Junction.

The station, in the West Midlands region of England, is operated by Chiltern Railways who also operate some of the passenger services calling at the station along with London Midland.

Passenger facilities include an ATM, toilet and baby changing facilities, Bureau de Change, public wifi, pay phones, shops and cafes. Parking is not available at the station.

The station is one of three main line railway stations serving the centre of Birmingham: the other two are Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Snow Hill. The station is a terminus for many services operated by Chiltern Railways. Birmingham New Street railway station is a short walk from Birmingham Moor Street and the route to take is well signposted and takes passengers under the Bullring shopping centre.

The High Speed 2 terminus in Birmingham is planned to be built on an adjacent site and will likely be linked to Moor Street, though have a separate name (either Fazeley Street or Curzon Street). The station and high-speed line is proposed to be completed by the mid-2020s.
