London Euston railway station, operated by Network Rail, is a central London railway station. The station is the southern terminus of the West Coast Main Line which connects London to the West Midlands, the North West, North Wales and the Central Belt of Scotland. The station is also the London terminus for London Midland services and for services on the Watford DC Line. The station has a staffed ticket office and passengers are also able to collect tickets purchased in advance (for example, on the internet) from one of the automatic ticket machines located in the station.

Facilities at the station include ATM's, bureau de change, First Class Lounge, pay phones, public wifi, cafes, shops, toilets, baby changing facilities and tourist information office.

Passenger services departing the station are operated by First ScotRail, London Midland and Virgin Trains. In line with Liverpool's role as European Capital of Culture in 2008 the station and its immediate surroundings received a £35 million redevelopment grant. The Lime Street Gateway Project saw the retail parade and office block in front of the station demolished, and an improved frontage and public plaza built.
