Passengers are able to collect tickets purchased in advance (for example, on the internet) from one of the automatic ticket machines located in the station. Facilities at the station include ATM's, a First Class Lounge, pay phones, cafe, shops, toilets and baby changing facilities. For passengers travelling into Cardiff the station is ideally located close to the Millennium Stadium which is in the city centre.The station has seven platforms and between them offer passenger services to destinations including Ebbw Vale Parkway, Nottingham, Birmingham New Street, Derby, Cheltenham Spa, Swansea, London Paddington, Bristol Parkway, Manchester Piccadilly, Bristol Temple Meads and many other destinations in Wales.
