Llandudno Junction railway station, operated by Arriva Trains Wales, lies on the Crewe to Holyhead North Wales Coast Line and is a junction for trains to Llandudno and the Conwy Valley Line, which runs from Llandudno via Llandudno Junction to Blaenau Ffestiniog. The station has a staffed ticket office although passengers should note that it is not open in the late evening. Passengers are able to collect tickets purchased in advance (for example, on the internet) from one of the automatic ticket machines located in the station.Facilities at the station include pay phones, a cafe and toilets. Passengers should note that ATM's and baby changing facilities are not available at the station.Passenger services calling at the station are operated by Arriva Trains Wales and Virgin Trains. Between them they offer passengers destinations including Birmingham International, Cardiff Central, Shrewsbury, Chester, Bangor, Manchester Piccadilly and London Euston. On Sundays services run hourly to Holyhead and Crewe on the main line, along with a half-hourly shuttle to Llandudno (summer only) and there are three trains to London.Parking is available at the station for 73 vehicles and is open 24 hours a day.
