Destinations available include London, Birmingham, Derby, Nottingham, Reading, Bristol, Plymouth, Exeter, Liverpool, Hull, Doncaster, Sheffield and York. These services are operated by CrossCountry, East Coast, East Midlands Trains, First TransPennine Express and Northern Rail.Parking is available at the station for 299 vehicles and is open 24 hours a day.

Located in the Stoke Gifford area of Bristol, Bristol Parkway railway station offers passengers services towards destinations including London Paddington, Cardiff Central, Swansea, Weston-super-Mare, Westbury, Gloucester, Bristol Temple Meads, Manchester Piccadilly, Plymouth, Edinburgh Waverley, Leeds, Newcastle Central and Birmingham New Street. The station is operated by First Great Western who also operate some of the passenger services calling at the station along with CrossCountry.Facilities at the station include ATM's, pay phones, public wifi, a cafe overlooking the tracks, shops, toilets and baby changing facilities. Parking is available at the station for 1,140 vehicles and is open 24 hours a day.
