Birmingham International Train Station

Birmingham International railway station, operated by Virgin Trains, is situated in the borough of Solihull, just to the east of Birmingham. The station lies on the Rugby-Birmingham-Stafford Line and is the designated railway station for both Birmingham Airport and the National Exhibition Centre. The station has a staffed ticket office but passengers should note that it is not open late into the evening. Passengers are able to collect tickets purchased in advance (for example, on the internet) from one of the ticket machines located in the station.

Passenger facilities include an ATM, toilet and baby changing facilities, Bureau de Change, First Class Lounge, pay phones, shops and cafes.

The station offers passengers connections towards London Euston, Birmingham New Street, Glasgow Central, Edinburgh Waverley, Wolverhampton, Manchester Piccadilly, Bournemouth and Shrewsbury. These services are operated by CrossCountry, Virgin Trains, London Midland and Arriva Trains Wales. The station is connected to Birmingham Airport via the AirRail Link. The service takes passengers from the high-level railway station concourse, over a dual carriageway and into the terminal buildings. It has a length of 585 meters (1,919 ft), is free to use. The journey time is 90 seconds.

London Euston Train Station

Located in central London, London Euston railway station offers passengers services to destinations including Glasgow Central, Edinburgh Waverley, Birmingham New Street, Preston, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Manchester Piccadilly, Stockport, Liverpool Lime Street, Chester, Tring, Milton Keynes Central, Northampton and Watford Junction. Overnight sleeper services are also available to Aberdeen via Kilkcaldy and Dundee, Fort William via Dalmuir and Inverness via Stirling and Perth.

London Euston railway station is operated by Network Rail and is the southern terminus of the West Coast Main Line which connects London to the West Midlands, the North West, North Wales and the Central Belt of Scotland. The station is also the London terminus for London Midland services and for services on the Watford DC Line. Passenger services calling at the station are operated by First ScotRail, London Midland and Virgin Trains.

The station is connected to Euston tube station and is also near Euston Square tube station on the London Underground. It is a short walk from London King's Cross Station, the southern terminus of the East Coast Main Line, and St Pancras International Station for the Midland Main Line and Eurostar to France and Belgium. All of these stations are in Travelcard Zone 1.
